‘Pokémon Trading Card Game Live’ app announced for PC and mobile

The Pokémon company announced Live Pokémon Trading Card Game, a new digital version of the popular card game coming soon to PC and mobile.

Live Pokémon Trading Card Game is a new free app for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android devices launched worldwide. The developer has released a short gameplay trailer demonstrating what the game will look like on the app as well as on PC, including a new user interface and matchmaking – the layout looks similar to that of Magic: The Gathering.

The app will allow you to compile a huge collection of cards that you can use to build decks and use them in battle. Players will also be able to scan code cards, purchase in-game boosters, and participate in daily quests.

Besides, Live Trading Card Game will be able to create their own Pokémon trainer and fully customize it with a collection of matching appearance options.

Live Pokémon Trading Card Game doesn’t have an official release date yet, but the developer will reveal more details later and ask fans to watch for future announcements.

In July, The Pokémon Company released another free multiplayer game, Pokémon United. The MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) is currently available for mobile devices and the Nintendo Switch and features 5v5 real-time gameplay and Pokémon to obtain.

Last week (September 16), Pokémon United reached 9 million downloads within two months of its launch. To celebrate, the developer gave players a free gift of 2,000 Aeos tickets to spend in the in-game store.

Meanwhile, miHoYo has released a new demo trailer for Genshin ImpactSangonomiya Kokomi’s next playable character.
