Trail Blazers vs Clippers live stream information, TV channel: how to watch NBA on TV, stream online

through 3 quarters

Down by one at the end of the last quarter, the Los Angeles Clippers have now taken the lead. After three quarters, neither team has the fight in the bag, but Los Angeles leads 77-74 over the Portland Trail Blazers.

Forward Marcus Morris (17 points) and shooting guard Luke Kennard (15 points) were the Clippers’ top scorers. One thing to watch out for is the bad situation of Isaiah Hartenstein, who currently has four.

Portland is led by center Jusuf Nurkic, who so far has 26 points in addition to five rebounds. Nurkic is set to surpass his season high of 28.

Portland didn’t lose 87% of the games they were late in before the final period this year, so a win here would be refreshing.

What there is to know

The Portland Trail Blazers will once again host and host the Los Angeles Clippers at the Moda Center in the Rose Quarter, where kickoff is scheduled for Monday at 10 p.m. ET. Since both of these teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a bit of extra motivation heading into this game.

Portland found itself the reluctant recipients of an unfortunate 145-117 punch to the stomach against the Boston Celtics last Saturday. Rip City were down 103-84 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover. The losing side was bolstered by point guard Dennis Smith Jr., who had 21 points and six assists. Smith Jr. hadn’t helped his team much against the San Antonio Spurs last week, so it was a good turnaround for him. Smith Jr.’s points were the most he had all season.

Meanwhile, Los Angeles were within striking distance but couldn’t close the gap last Saturday as they lost 104-99 to the Sacramento Kings. Point guard Reggie Jackson didn’t really make a difference for the Clippers; Jackson picked up five fouls and returned the ball four times en route to an 18-point finish.

Rip City are expected to lose this next by 4.5. Those betting on them ATS shouldn’t have high expectations of them as the team is 0-5 ATS when they expect to lose.

Portland failed against Los Angeles in the teams’ previous meeting last month, losing 117-109. Maybe Portland will have better luck at home than on the road? Watch the game and come back to CBS Sports for all the details.
