Video game tournament, retro event organized on Saturday in Escanaba

Pop culture lovers rejoice, BAY-CON IS HERE!

The inaugural BAY-CON event takes place this Saturday, May 21st from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features over 37 vendors selling records, toys, collectibles and more.

Visit the vintage video arcade, take part in the video game tournament, take part in the Zombie Lab, drop by the Magpie Photography photo booth and attend one of the many educational sessions on topics such as “how to clean and store your vinyl records” and “creating a comic universe”. Did we mention there will be Storm Troopers walking around?! There’s so much going on at BAY-CON!

Sponsored by Bay College Student Organizations, BAY-CON is a fundraiser for student organizations at the college. The event is FREE, although a $2 donation for ages 10 and up is recommended. Located at the Joseph Heirman University Center (JHUC), room 952 on the Bay College campus. Parking is free, in the Lot A car park. See you soon!
