Vietnamese blockchain-based fantasy game Summoners Arena has raised US$3 million in seed funding from a round led by Pantera Capital, along with participation from Coinbase Ventures GuildFi, Onechain Technology, Cosmic Guild, Merit Circle, Coin98 Ventures, Impossible Finance, Spartan Group, Istari Ventures, Kyros Ventures, and kyber Ventures as well as several angel investors in the crypto and gaming ecosystem, including Krafton CEO Chang-Han Kim and Mirza Uddin of Injective Labs.
With this funding, Summoners Arena plans to accelerate the growth of the Summonia universe, integrating and developing new in-game tools and features to deliver an exciting, breathtaking and unique new experience to its users. The company will also look to hire more people across all functions.
